The Cost of Memory

You are the "Human Router" for your business context.

Strategic work stops when you spend all day re-explaining the same project background to your AI, your team, or your clients. Every generic AI tool starts at zero knowledge every morning. They have capability, but they have amnesia. You’re left holding the "Context Debt"—the exhausting mental load of being the only one who remembers what was decided last Tuesday.

The Kernel Shift

Nexus is the Kernel for your business brain.

Nexus doesn't just process text; it manages contextual state. It extracts facts, decisions, and patterns from every conversation and persists them into a private knowledge bank. Because it sits at the "Kernel" level between your tools and your reasoning, it knows who your clients are, what you’ve promised, and how you work—before you even finish your sentence.

The Difference

Every conversation teaches Nexus something about your business.

Mention a client, make a decision, discuss a deadline — Nexus extracts and remembers. Over time, it builds a structured understanding of your business that makes every future interaction more useful.

Your Clients & Contacts

Who you work with, deal history, last communication, and relationship context — extracted from conversations and connected systems.

Decisions & Commitments

What you've decided, what you've promised, and to whom. Nexus tracks commitments so nothing falls through the cracks.

How Your Business Works

Operating patterns learned from how you actually work — your processes, preferences, and the reasoning behind your decisions.

What Needs Attention

Stale work, missed follow-ups, blocked items, and approaching deadlines — surfaced before they become problems.

How it works

Intent first. Structured phases. Governed execution.

Nexus uses the Model-Way: every meaningful conversation starts with a declared intent, moves through discovery, synthesis, decision, and execution, then preserves what the business learned.

01

Declare intent

Start in natural language by naming what you are trying to understand, decide, or execute. Nexus turns the conversation into structured operating work.

02

Work the phases

Nexus guides the work through discovery, synthesis, decision, and execution so the conversation produces durable outcomes instead of loose chat history.

03

Context compounds

Facts, decisions, commitments, contacts, and operating patterns are preserved so each new conversation starts with the business context already in place.

04

Execution follows

When a decision is ready, Nexus can act through connected tools under your governance: draft, publish, coordinate, inspect, and follow through from one surface.

What You Can Do

Move from intent to follow-through.

Nexus is designed for work that crosses systems: recovering context, drafting communications, publishing content, checking infrastructure, and turning decisions into next steps.

The chat interface is simple, but behind it Nexus connects business memory, runtime tools, and policy-aware execution so your operating knowledge does not stay trapped in one person.

"Show me what is stalled right now"

The primary Nexus workflow. Identifies blocked initiatives across GitHub and Slack, explains why, and recommends the next move.

"Write a blog post about our new feature"

Nexus knows your product and your voice. Drafts with rich formatting and publishes directly to Ghost CMS.

"Send the team an update on the redesign"

Drafts with full project context and sends through Outlook or Gmail. No copy-pasting from other tabs.

"Post about the partnership on LinkedIn and X"

Cross-platform social publishing from one conversation. Tailored per platform, posted with your accounts.

"Check why the staging deployment is failing"

Pulls Coolify deployment logs, cross-references the triggering GitHub commit, and pinpoints the root cause — from one message.

"Prep me for my call with Meridian at 2pm"

Surfaces the last email thread, open commitments, and relevant decisions about that client — compiled before you pick up the phone.

Structured Execution

Run multi-step operating playbooks.

Nexus is not limited to request-response chat. It can carry context across tools, preserve the reasoning behind decisions, and coordinate governed follow-through once you choose the next move.

Cross-platform work with context intact.

The Morning Synthesis

Context Retrieval

Ask Nexus for an operating brief and it can synthesize Slack, Gmail, and Google Calendar into stalled priorities, meeting context, and the next decisions to make.

SlackGmailCalendar

The Content Spool

Media Orchestration

Convert a discussion about a recent architectural decision into a Ghost draft, a LinkedIn summary, and an X thread. One command, three platforms, zero manual re-entry.

The Blocker Watchdog

Follow-Through

Ask Nexus what is blocked and it can inspect GitHub, project boards, and team messages to explain the delay, recover the missing context, and draft the follow-up.

Multi-Step Intelligence

One request. A chain of intelligent decisions.

Nexus doesn't just answer — it reasons. Every response runs through an internal loop: observe context, form a plan, execute against real tools, verify the result. What you see in chat is only the surface.

1

Observe

Nexus reads your request and pulls in the relevant context it already knows — client history, open tasks, past decisions — before forming any response.

2

Plan

It selects which tools to call, in what order, and what information to pass between steps. Complex requests spawn sub-tasks that run in sequence or parallel.

3

Act

Tool calls execute against real systems — GitHub, Gmail, Ghost, Slack. Each result feeds back into the loop so the next step is informed by the last.

Deliver

You get a verified, action-complete response — not a suggestion. If something didn't work, Nexus tells you exactly why and proposes an alternative.

Application Purpose: How Nexus Works

Nexus is a chat-first business operating system designed to help professionals preserve context, make decisions, and execute operational work across multiple platforms from a single governed interface. Its core purpose is to turn conversational intent into durable business memory and accountable follow-through.

How Nexus Uses Your Google Data

To deliver on its purpose, Nexus requests access to certain Google APIs when you choose to connect your Google Workspace account. Here is exactly how that data is used:

  • Gmail: Nexus reads your emails to summarize threads and extracts context for your work. It can also draft and send replies on your behalf.
  • Google Calendar: Nexus checks your availability, reads event details to prepare you for meetings, and can create or modify calendar events for you.
  • Google Contacts: Nexus looks up your contacts to ensure emails and meetings are coordinated with the right people.

Important: Nexus acts strictly on your behalf and accesses connected Google data only to fulfill user-directed requests, configured workflows, or account-authorized features. We do not share your data with third parties, and your private data is never used to train generalized AI models.

Built for

For people turning private context into delegable execution.

Nexus is built for the person who knows what's going on, makes the calls, and has to follow through across every tool. It helps move the business from founder-dependent execution toward shared operating knowledge.

Founders & CEOs

You are the ultimate context holder. Your day is a blur of Slack, email, and meetings where you have to repeat the same strategic vision over and over. Nexus turns that founder-held context into operating knowledge your team can reuse.

Operators & Managers

You carry the "Context Debt" of the entire team. You track who decided what and why. Nexus offloads that mental burden by automatically extracting commitments and decisions from every conversation, so you never have to ask "where did we land on that?" again.

Solo Professionals

Consultants and advisors who manage multiple client contexts. Nexus gives you a "Private Brain" per client. It remembers the edge cases, the specific deal terms, and the relationship history—so you can scale your practice without losing the personal touch.

Vision

The problem with AI isn't capability. It's amnesia.

AI models are incredibly powerful. But every assistant you've used starts from scratch — no memory of your clients, your decisions, your team, or your workflows. You end up spending more time providing context than getting value.

Nexus solves this by accumulating knowledge from every conversation. It doesn't just answer questions — it develops an understanding of your business that gets sharper over time. The result is AI that feels less like a tool and more like a colleague who's been paying attention.

Get started

Start a conversation. Nexus starts learning.

Request access, connect your tools, and have your first conversation. By the end of it, Nexus will already know more about your business than any AI assistant you've used before. Customer-controlled by design, with self-hosted and Marcoby-managed options.

Data Sovereignty

Your business brain belongs on your hardware.

SaaS models force a trade-off: efficiency for privacy. Nexus breaks that cycle. By running the kernel on your own infrastructure, you gain three critical advantages that a hosted chatbot can't offer.

Zero Leaks, Total Governance

Your API keys, conversation history, and client records never leave your deployment boundary. Use any model provider—GPT-4, Claude 3, Gemini—while keeping the context data local and auditable.

In-Memory Logic Speed

By hosting the "Context Kernel" close to your data, Nexus reduces orchestration latency. The reasoning engine doesn't have to wait for a third-party server to parse your business rules—it's already in-memory.

Reasoning Freedom

Don't settle for one model's bias. Nexus lets you choose the right reasoning provider for the task while keeping your business context inside the same secure kernel.
