AI Transparency Notice

Last updated: May 23, 2026

Nexus uses AI-assisted systems to help users organize information, generate drafts, analyze business context, and support workflow execution. This notice explains how we disclose that use and the boundaries we apply to it.

1. When AI Is Used

  • Chat, drafting, summarization, analysis, recommendation, and workflow assistance features may use AI models.
  • Some public-facing content, product copy, and internal operating materials may be AI-assisted and human-reviewed.
  • Where appropriate, Nexus labels AI-assisted interactions or content directly in the interface.
  • Some AI processing runs automatically in the background after a conversation — for example, to extract facts, build a knowledge graph of entities (people, projects, goals, and decisions), summarize conversation threads, and synthesize insights into your persistent business memory. This processing occurs within your deployment environment and is not accessed by Marcoby. See the Privacy Policy for details.
  • In customer-controlled deployments, customers are responsible for deciding what data is submitted to AI-assisted features and which providers or infrastructure are enabled.

2. Our Disclosure Standard

  • We aim to clearly tell users when they are interacting with an AI assistant rather than a human.
  • We label realistic AI-generated or AI-manipulated media when used in customer-facing contexts.
  • We do not intentionally present AI-generated material as an authentic customer review, endorsement, testimonial, or human identity.

3. Human Review Boundaries

  • AI output should be reviewed before being relied on for business, compliance, or operational decisions.
  • Nexus is not marketed as a substitute for licensed legal, medical, accounting, financial, employment, or other regulated professional advice.
  • Where a workflow could materially affect a person's rights, opportunities, or safety, human judgment should remain in the loop.

4. Accuracy and Risk

AI systems can produce inaccurate, misleading, incomplete, or fabricated outputs. They can also reflect biases present in training data, prompts, or connected business records. Users should independently verify facts, calculations, quotes, and critical decisions.

5. Prohibited Uses

  • Creating fake testimonials, reviews, endorsements, or impersonations.
  • Misleading users into believing they are communicating with a human when they are not.
  • Using Nexus to generate deceptive political, commercial, or identity-based synthetic media.
  • Using AI output as the sole basis for decisions in contexts where human review is required by law or prudent practice.

6. Questions or Requests

If you need clarification on whether a feature, output, or media asset is AI-assisted, contact [email protected].
